Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund less a $10.00 processing fee.

 Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee with the remainder refunded.

                                                                                 All rates are subject to 15% HST. 

Campground Rules

Check In / Check Out
     Camping Only - check in is 12:00pm and check out is 11:00am
     Camping and Registered for an event  - check in is 12:00pm and check out is 2 hours after the event has finished.

Site Changes
    You have been assigned a specific site, if you wish to move please check with the office 506-245-2065 or 506-238-5065. Due to reservation
    and maintenance, moving may not be possible. Please inquire before moving sites.

Vehicle Policies
        Parking
        1. Please do not park your vehicle or trailer in an adjacent site. Use of more than one site will result in additional charges. 
        2. Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV per site and 1 vehicle per site unless noted.
        3. No parking in the common areas. Do not park in the middle of the road. Do not park in sites that you did not register for or block buildings
        Speed Limit
        The Event Centre speed limit is 10km. This policy is to keep you, your children and pets safe. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a
        warning. Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave. Safety is our number one priority for our guests.

Pet Vaccinations
        Due to insurance requirements, all pets must be vaccinated. Please ensure your pet's shots are up to date.

Barking
        Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neigbours. Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave 
        without refund.

Washrooms
        For the comfort of all our guests, bathrooms are open 24/7 with the exception of a temporary closing for cleaning once a day.  We ask for
        your help in keeping the bathrooms clean, please. Guests under the age of 18 need adult supervision in the bathrooms.

Quiet Time Policies
        Quiet time is 10:00pm to 7:00am. Anyone playing loud music will be warned only once and then asked to leave.

Garbage Disposal and Recycling
        Garbage cans and recycling bins are located throughout the site. Please tie garbage bags completely closed and place in the garbage can. 
        Please put recycle material in the recycle bins. Please do not put garbage or poop bags in the recycle containers! If the container is full
        please find another container. The garbage is picked up once a day. 

Electrical Use
         You are responsible fro understanding how many amps you are using in your RV. Amp usage over 30 amps provided can trip the breaker. 
          Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don't trip your breaker during your stay. Do not use other site electrical outlets.
